2. Membership Activation

Your paid membership starts only after you confirm that you want to continue.
Billing begins on the date you approve.

We will always:

  • Ask for your approval

  • Provide clear pricing

  • Collect payment securely

  • Never store card info

4. Not Included

Membership does not include:


•    Cost of materials, parts, or replacement items
•    Major repairs or renovations
•    Third-party contractor fees
•    Landscaping unless added
•    Specialized equipment rentals
•    High-risk or multi-story ladder work
•    After-hours emergency trade fees

 

We always clarify what’s included vs extra.

5. Repair Coordination

If a contractor is required:

  • We arrange the right trade

  • Obtain quotes

  • Oversee the work

  • Follow up during next monthly visit

 

You approve all work.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime—no penalties or fees.
Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Emergency Support

Members receive priority support, but response times may vary based on:


•    Weather
•    Distance
•    Current emergencies

 

Trade emergency fees may apply.

8. Access Consent

Members allow us to:

  • Enter during scheduled visits

  • Access areas required for inspection

 

We schedule according to your preference.

9. Privacy

All reports are:

  • For your use

  • Confidential

  • Never shared without permission
