We’re Nick and Jessica,
founders of YESS Home Service and proud Upper Mission residents.
Before settling in Kelowna, we spent many years in Toronto working in industries that shaped the foundation of our company today.
Nick — Construction & Contracting Expertise
Nick has 15+ years of hands-on experience in the construction and contracting industry, starting from the ground up and learning every major trade along the way — plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and more.
He has managed new home builds, major renovations, and commercial construction projects, giving him deep insight into:

Jessica — Business Operations & Client Care
Jessica brings 20+ years of experience in business operations, client relation, and project management from well-known Canadian companies, Aritzia, Hudson’s Bay Company, and Indigo.
Jessica has a natural eye for design and quality, and she brings a warm, thoughtful approach to customer care. She ensures every homeowner always feel informed, supported, and taken care of, from the first consultation to every monthly visit.
Why We Started YESS Home Service
When we moved to the Kelowna in 2025, we immediately noticed how beautiful, luxurious, and well-built the homes here are — many valued between $1M and $5M+.
But we also knew something important.
Beautiful homes require consistent, proactive care to stay safe and valuable.
We created YESS Home Service to offer homeowners a trustworthy, personalized solution — combining Nick’s construction expertise with Jessica’s client-care experience to provide:
